Clear Before You Book
Booking & Payment Terms
How quotations, payments, receipts, changes and responsibilities are handled.
Last updated: 4 November 2026
1. Your proposal
Every safari or motorcycle adventure is tailor-made. Your written proposal will identify the dates, route, accommodation, transport or motorcycle arrangements, inclusions, exclusions, total price, payment schedule and any trip-specific conditions. The written proposal and invoice take priority where they contain more specific information.
2. Private groups and minimum duration
Our trips are arranged for private groups of people travelling together. We do not combine unrelated guests. Enduro motorcycle trips have a minimum duration of four riding days; we do not operate motorcycle day trips.
3. Confirming a booking
An enquiry or provisional itinerary is not a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only after you accept the written proposal, provide the requested traveller information and the required deposit has cleared in the official account shown on the Enduro Adventures Limited invoice.
4. Prices and payments
Prices are quoted in the currency shown on the proposal and are based on the confirmed number of travellers, dates and services. The deposit, balance and payment deadlines will be stated on the invoice. Bank charges, card charges or currency-conversion costs charged by a client's provider are the client's responsibility unless the proposal states otherwise.
Payments should be made only against an official Enduro Adventures Limited invoice and only to the account stated on that invoice. If payment instructions appear to change, verify them directly with us using the telephone number or email published on this website before transferring funds.
5. Receipts
We issue a payment acknowledgement or receipt after funds have cleared and have been matched to the correct invoice. A transfer screenshot or payment instruction does not by itself confirm that funds have been received.
6. Changes, cancellation and refunds
Requests to change or cancel a booking must be made in writing. The applicable charges and any refundable amount depend on the confirmed services, timing, supplier conditions and costs already committed. These conditions will be shown in the proposal or invoice before payment. Where a supplier imposes a non-refundable charge, that amount cannot be refunded by Enduro Adventures Limited.
7. Travel documents and insurance
Travellers are responsible for valid passports, visas, licences, vaccinations and any other entry or participation requirements. Comprehensive travel insurance is required and should cover cancellation, medical treatment, evacuation, personal belongings and the activities included in the itinerary.
8. Motorcycle participation
Motorcycle riders must provide accurate information about their experience, hold a valid motorcycle licence accepted for riding in Tanzania and use suitable protective equipment. The proposal will state the supplied motorcycle, equipment, fuel, support, any security deposit and responsibility for loss or damage. The lead guide may change a route or stop a rider where safety requires it.
9. Wildlife, routes and operational changes
Wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed. Weather, road conditions, park rules, mechanical issues, government action, safety concerns or events outside reasonable control may require a route, accommodation or activity change. We will use reasonable efforts to provide a suitable alternative of comparable purpose and value.
10. Conduct and local law
Guests must follow guide instructions, local law, park rules and community protocols. A guest may be removed from an activity where their conduct creates a serious safety risk, causes unlawful harm or materially disrupts the group. Costs arising from such removal remain the guest's responsibility.
11. Questions
Ask for clarification before paying if any part of the proposal, invoice or these terms is unclear. Contact info@endurotanzania.com or call +255 768 109 593.
