If you proceed with a booking, we may request information reasonably required to arrange travel services, permits, accommodation, insurance checks or motorcycle participation.

How we use it

We use this information to answer enquiries, prepare proposals, operate confirmed bookings, issue invoices and receipts, provide support, meet legal obligations and improve the performance of the website. We do not sell personal information.

Who receives it

We share only the information reasonably required with service providers involved in a confirmed or requested trip, such as accommodation providers, guides, transport operators, parks, payment providers or authorities. We may also disclose information where required by law or necessary to protect guests, staff or the company.

Retention and security

We keep information only for as long as reasonably required for enquiries, bookings, accounting, legal obligations and dispute resolution. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can promise absolute security.
